If the goods you purchased is defective, you may request for an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of delivery.  Upon receiving the returned product, we will do a full refund for the purchased product. Please email pilala.vn@gmail.com before sending us a returned item!

Returned items should be in resalable condition and must be returned in original packaging.

Pilala Store reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed as not in "as new" condition.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Please note that the normal processing time for refund requests is 4-6 weeks from the date of request.

We reserve the right to amend our exchange and refund policy at any time with or without notice.
